Naming Rights Sponsorship Experience

Bay Rodders Club Champs and Nostalgia Drags.

This is a great event to be involved with. This year we (Nostalgia Motors) had the naming rights for this event. The coverage you get for your business is absolutely amazing.

Right from the begining, your name is out there. Your name is used on all there correspondence relating to the event, as well as being in magazines such as Petrol head, NZ Rodder, NZ Hot Rod mag, NZ V8, and local newspapers, just reporting that you have the naming rights.

Then the real benefits start to begin, with promotion for the event starting at the Kumeu Swap Meet, which is one of the biggest in NZ. This is followed up by promotion at Whangamata Beach Hop, which is one of the biggest events of its type in the southern Hemisphere, also attending local displays throughout the region promoting the event. There is continuous advertising in magazines and local news papers leading up to the event.

On the day of the event there is signage all round the venue promoting your company, plus your company is promoted over the PA system all day long. You are supplied with food and refreshments as well. The place is really buzzing with thousands of people in attendance, ie participants and general public.

The after event coverage is absolutely amazing also, with coverage in magazines such as NZ Petrolhead, NZ Rodder, NZ Hot rod mag, NZ V8, plus coverage in some overseas publications as well. And then there is continuous on going coverage with Videos on You Tube and people just talking and reminiscing about the event.

Even if you are a minor sponsor for the event you still get good value for your investment.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bay Rodders for firstly giving us the opportunity to be involved in this event, and secondly for the amount of time and effort the put into promoting such a great event and for making sure that as a sponsor you were getting value and the continuous communication leading up to and after the event.
