Nostalgia Drags Sponsors Naming Rights Draw Night
Thursday 20th October Worlds End was the date and place that the Bay Rodders drew the winning sponsors of the Nostalgia Drags 2012 classes and for the naming rights. Thanks to Cam and his staff of World's End for feeding and quenching our thirsts for another year!!! There was a good turnout of members and sponsors....
Tributes were made to previous Nostalgia Drag Sponsors in the form of posters on the wall... Champion Dragway in 2006 ...
... Quik Drive in 2007....
... Phantom Performance Speed Shop in 2008....
... World's End in 2009....
... AllTranz Driver Training in 2010, quietly I heard Nellie thanking Deano for not drawing him this year and saving him a tonne of money lol!!....
... and Nostalgia Motors in 2011....
The awards kicked off at 7pm with our President Deano Anderson....
Founding and Lifetime member Rob Gibson "Gibbo" was asked to draw the winners from the bag with the assistance of Bay Rodders Secretary Lynne Paton and Treasurer Ross Chaytor.
The Board of Sponsors was admired by all ...
The first winner of the night with a bottle of rum was Bay Rodder Buck as the first to register and pay his sponsorship of the Nostalgia Drags 2012 ... thanks Buck!!
